How to Calculate Gratuity in UAE

The official formula based on UAE Labor Law

(Basic Salary ÷ 30) × 21 days × Years

Example Calculation

Employee: AED 10,000 basic salary | 7 years of service

  • First 5 years:(10,000 ÷ 30 × 21) × 5 = AED 35,000
